These tacos (2) are a traditional birria made with braised beef, cheese, pickled red onion, cilantro on corn tortillas, and served with pico de gallo and a side of consomme for dipping.

Our veggie spin on the traditional beef birria! A rajas con elote made with poblano peppers, jalapeños, and jalapeño corn. Topped with monterrey jack cheese on a corn tortilla. Served with a side of jalapeno ranch.

This Taco was made by our good friend Terry at the League (our favorite gym). It is super tasty and good for you. Grilled Chicken, Sauteed Spinach and Fresh Pico De Gallo.
